Meet the Owner

Dallas Wells, owner and operator of Wells Land Management, is a Ridgefield, WA native with a lifetime of hands-on experience. His passion for heavy machinery began at age six on his family’s John Deere tractor and grew into a diverse career spanning wildland firefighting, logging, towing, and underground utilities.

Most recently, he spent five years as a 300-ton mobile crane operator, managing high-stakes projects across Washington. After his son's birth, he chose to stay closer to home and founded Wells Land Management, combining his expertise with his love for the land.

Whether tackling small residential jobs or large commercial projects, Dallas brings a strong work ethic, deep industry knowledge, and a dedication to quality and reliability in every job he takes on.
